I'm a person who can make the best of every season. In summer I work, swim and jog. In fall I rake the leaves and pick blueberries. In winter I both ski and plough the snow. In spring, however, I have nothing to do. Because of those reasons I would like to live in a country as similar to Finland as possible. Somewhere with all the seasons. Somewhere where I would be surrounded by a lovely environment. I would like to live in Canada.
I have read that the Canadian school system is very similar to the one we have here. You go to school from Monday to Friday, from nine o'clock in the morning to half three in the afternoon. In some school's you must wear a school uniform but it wouldn't matter so much. At least then I wouldn't have to waste my time thinking about the following day's clothing.
I have also heard that Canada is a welfare state and a wealthy society. Its culture has been influenced by English, French, Irish and Scottish cultures, which makes the country interresting to live in. It would be so awesome to be able to hear three different lilts of English and maybe some French along the way. That would not only improve my English speaking and listening skills but also while living in Canada I would get a chance to start learning French both at school and in my free time. How cool could that be!
The main reason why I am so eager to move to Canada is that it reminds me of Finlands nature so much that I wouldn't get homesick so easily. Endless forests with their wildlife lure you inside the natures beauty and dangers. Camping would be really lovely there and a great experience. Hopelly I would get stunning pictures with my camera.
So basically I would like to live in Canada because it is really similar to Finland but has some things which Finland doesn't have. By that I mean the daily use of English or French and a lot more forests to go picking berries. Also in Canada I still could continue to do my seasons hobbies. Yippee!
